Christmas Bauble Making

We will be making baubles, starting with a core of wool yarn, and then adding layers of felting wool. The felting technique requires the use of very sharp needles, so a protective glove on your non- dominant hand is recommended. ( Not provided). When finished the bauble may, or may not, be washed with olive oil soap and dried.
Decoration is then applied. This is when your artistic talent will shine.

Helen McIntyre, one of the founders of Borders Arts Collective, usually facilitates the workshops, but has decided to share her love of felting with this Baubles workshop.
